How to complete a video entry
Step 1: Click the link below to open the registration system
Step 2: Click 'Complete Registration Details'
Step 3: Click 'enter / edit user details' and fill in each box. Please ensure you accept the declaration
Step 4: Click 'add new competitor' (located under my registered entrants) and fill in each box. Give the system a moment to 'refresh' and the performers name will appear
Step 5: Once the system refreshes (may take a minute), an 'entry' button should appear up the top (if you are on a computer/laptop), or down the bottom (if on a mobile device)
Step 6: Click the performers name and select Solo, Duo/Trio or Group. If you are entering 2 x solos (as an example), then click 'add section again' two times, etc
Step 7: Click the x in the top right corner to close the window, and then click 'sections added back to entry tab'
Step 8: You should now see the number of entries you are requesting under the performers name
Side note - if you have accidentally added too many entries (ie you need to remove an entry) or you wish to change an entry (ie a solo to duo/trio, etc), you can do this via step 12
Step 9: Under 3. Submission, click the blue button that says 'submit - click to process added sections'. Please note, it make take 3-4 minutes before you can move to the next step
Step 10: After completing Step 9 and waiting those 3-4 minutes, another blue button will appear that says 'proceed - review entry details'. Once it appears, please click it
Step 11: If entering a solo, please review the Novice and Open eligibility FIRST via the below link (under 7. Conditions of entry)

Step 12: Under the performers name, you should now see an 'i' with 'more information required'. Click each separate section, add a title (could be the genre, name of dance, etc), upload the video file (please ensure it fully uploads before clicking anything), and under 'choice', select the genre you are after (if its a solo, then either Novice or Open)
Side note - if you wish to remove an entry, this is the time to do it. Click the entry, and you should see 'Remove this section' appear
Step 13: Once all entries have been completed, you should now see a green tick. If you do not have a green tick, then some information is missing (such as title, etc). Please allow the system to refresh and then click 'submit'. The refresh can take 2-5 minutes, so please be patient
Step 14: Under submit, please click 'accept and confirm sections as above'. Payment link will appear next, but again, can take 2-5 minutes to appear
Step 15: Once you have waited 2-5 minutes, a 'proceed to payment' button will appear; please click it. Review the information, and then wait 2-3 minutes for the 'click here to open payment link' button. Please process your payment and do not close the window until it has processed please. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation of your entries
Step 16: Please wait up to 1 x week AFTER the closing date to receive an email with score and critique information
Important Information

Video submissions must be from 2024 please and cannot contain any cuts or edits

Your video does NOT need to be professionally filmed. It can be on stage, in a studio, backyard, living room, etc

All payments are required in full please. We will not score or critique an entry without full payment

Age cut off is 1st January 2024 (ie how old was the performer ON New Years Day)

Please remember the system does take some time to update, so please be patient

A title is a required field when entering. It can be anything (the genre, the name of the dance, Duo partners name, etc)

A small group is 4-14 performers

A large group is 15+ performers

Groups are governed by eldest members age at 1st January 2024

All Novice and Open solo performers are eligible for Top 10 Highest Scoring soloist. We will notify you via email if your performer has made Top 10 and their respective position in the group

What is the 'Top 10'? For those who receive Top 10 status (either for Novice or Open), it qualifies the performer for a Championship section at National Finals called EVO Elite (for Open dancers) and EVO Apprentice (for Novice dancers). More information about this will be released after we conclude both qualifying rounds
