Mandi Whittaker has had over 18 years’ experience in teaching and choreography. she holds her RAD RTS with the Royal Academy of Dance as well as a certificate 4 in performing arts.
Amanda has a natural love of contemporary and lyrical choreography with her choreography being featured both nationally and internationally.
Her choreography, coaching and mentoring has seen students gain placings in many highly regarded events, with highlights being her contemporary work contributing to winning her student the Gold medal at the Genee International Ballet Competition. Her choreography has also been featured on the Channel 9 and 10 network and she is an experienced and highly in demand adjudicator of dance.
She has also choreographed for many contemporary productions such as Odyssey, Locreado and Parallel Dimensions and is the principal of highly regarded studio Dance North Academy.
Students Mandi has mentored, coached and choreographed for have also successfully auditioned, attended and are dancing professionally at such places as the English National Ballet School, Sydney Dance Company PPY, New Zealand School of Dance, WAAPA and the Joffrey Ballet and The English National Ballet Company.
